Design Process :
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a meeting with the client to discuss goals and objectives for the project. An open discussion will establish specific design initiatives and help develop an understanding of the clients personality and ambitions.
Concept Design
This step of the design process consists of design drawings that are presented to the client. These descriptive drawings will include element ideas and specify plant material utilized in the design. Comments from the client are considered before further review or refinement of the final design.
Design Development
Final design drawings and documents are prepared for the client. These documents consist of detailed plans, planting schedule, materials selections, construction methods, and full landscape specification. Once approved by client, contract documentation is prepared if needed and applications and submitted to specific councils.
